In true Brasiloro tradition roasting is done using only beech wood. The varieties of green coffee are roasted separately to respect their specific properties an respective areas of origin. Air-cooling of the roasted beans ensures that their original organoleptic qualities (taste and aroma) remain intact, so the unmistakable fragrance of the coffee is revealed at the moment of consumption.
